Our Frozen Yellowfin Tuna Saku Blocks are carefully selected from wild-caught tuna in Brazilian waters (FAO 41), expertly trimmed into uniform rectangular portions ideal for sashimi, sushi, poke, and foodservice use.

Processed in HACCP and SIF-certified facilities, our tuna is quick-frozen to preserve color, flavor, and freshness.
