Apply:
α-Hexyl cinnamaldehyde can be used in many daily chemical flavor formulations, especially in floral flavors such as jasmine and gardenia, and the dosage in daily chemical flavors can be less than 30%.
Chemical properties:
Pale yellow liquid. It has a sweet jasmine-like aroma, and the diluent has a sweet spice aroma. The boiling point is 305 °C or 174 °C (2000Pa), and the flash point > 93 °C. Soluble in ethanol (1m1 soluble in 1Ml 90% ethanol), most non-volatile oils and mineral oils, insoluble in glycerol, propylene glycol and water.
Use:
1. The product has a jasmine fragrance, and the fragrance is stronger and more stable by A-amyl cinnamaldehyde. Used in soap and detergent.
2. Extraction solvent. It is mainly used for the extraction of oleoresin in various edible oils and spices such as soybean, rice bran, cottonseed, etc
3. It is a good raw material for the preparation of tree orchid oil. It is one of the most floral varieties of synthetic spices. It also has a pleasant oil green scent, which can be shared with volatile floral spices to make it more vivid.
