The MAPA executes a health inspection of products derived from animals (milk, honey, meat, fishes, birds and its derivations) and from vegetables and beverages (fizzy drinks, juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), as well as wines, vinegars and products destined to agriculture and cattle breeding usage (fertilizers, inoculants, correctives and agrochemicals) and veterinarian usage products for animal embellishment, etc.). The MAPA has different requirements for each group of product, for example: in the field of products derived from animal (milk, honey, meat, fishes, birds and its derivations) there is the installation of the Federal Inspection Service (SIF) or Related Establishment Title (ER), on the opposite side the fields of products destined to agriculture and cattle breeding (fertilizers, inoculants, correctives and agrochemicals) and products for veterinarian usage (additives and food destined to animal feeding, veterinarian medicines, products for animal embellishment, etc.) require Establishment Registration for their activities, each activity has its own standard, as well as the health technical and Operational Good Practices requirements arranged according to the needs of each producer.<br />

• All chemical, biological, biotechnological or manufactured preparation substances, which administration is made individually or collective, direct or mixed with the food, destined to prevention to diagnosis, to the cure or treatment of animals diseases;<br />
• Additives, supplements, promoters, improvers of animal production, antiseptics, disinfectants of environmental usage or in cattle breeding equipment and facilities, pesticides;<br />
• All products used on animals on their habitat, that protect, restore or modify their organic and physiologic functions, and the products destined to hygiene and embellishment of the animals.<br />
