Description
Prospect DTZZIII series weighing controller is an elevator weighing device independently developed by our company to meet the weighing requirements of all passenger elevators, freight elevators, medical elevators and explosion-proof elevators. The weighing control system consists of two parts, one part is the controller part, and the other part is the load cell part. The load cell converts the weight signal into an electrical signal and sends it to the controller part through the transmission cable, and the controller part performs calculation and processing to complete the elevator weighing. When the weight in the elevator car changes, the controller can output multiple sets of relay output signals and 0~10mA current, 0~10V, -10V~+10V voltage and other signals according to requirements, and the controller sends out an audible and visual alarm when overloaded, providing accurate data for elevator weighing and starting. The load cell provides a variety of installation methods, which can be installed at the bottom of the car of the living car bottom elevator, the elevator rope head plate, the elevator car top wheel shaft, the elevator car roof beam, the escalator pedal, the traction wire rope and the shaft pin installation, etc., and can be used in conjunction with the controller. The pressure sensor is made of molybdenum-chromium-nickel alloy, which conducts the car load weight by sensing the deformation of the metal, and the overload capacity reaches 150%-200%; Hall sensors detect changes in their displacement, enabling the weighing of elevator cars.
