Positivo Informática is a Brazilian company that manufactures computers and develops hardware and software technology solutions. It also provides educational technology both domestically and abroad. Positivo operates through two business divisions: hardware and educational technology.

The former offers desktops and notebooks and the latter provides solutions, the development of educational software and management of internet portals that are specialized in education and educational services. The company\s products are available in more than 400 points of sale in the country. Positivo, the country\s Brazil\s largest PC maker, maintained the largest market share in units at 14.1\% during the third quarter of 2010.

The company agreed in December 2010 on a joint venture with Argentine electronics company BGH to make and market products, from desktops and notebooks to e-books and tablets, in Argentina and Uruguay. Positivo Informática was founded in 1989 and is controlled by Brazilian company Grupo Positivo.
