The machine's functions and users are briefly explained:

DPF Cleaning Machine: It cleans the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalyst found in diesel vehicles with high pressure and hot water. It includes a printer that allows the customer to provide a test report before and after the wash. The DPF-1850 washes the DPFs of both trucks and cars, while other models only clean the DPFs of cars. We have connection adapters for different types of DPFs for each machine. Any company that performs ECU and chip tuning or works with custom exhausts can use this machine.

Parts Washer: Although there are different models, the operating principle is the same. The parts to be washed are automatically washed with hot and high pressure water. It can be used on parts that need to be degreased, such as car engines, transmissions, and bearings. It can also be used to remove paint residue after paint removal or to wash various parts such as rims and gears. Companies that perform engine rebuilds, car washes, and custom wheels can use.

Turbo Cleaning Machine: Unlike the Parts Washer, this machine is not automatic, but rather manual, using a washing gun. This requires operator to clean small, detailed parts like turbochargers and bearings. It has a 150 bar pressure pump and is preferred for degreasing before turbo repairs. Turbo repairers and companies like those involved in restoration work can use it.

Wet Blast Machine: Unlike the Turbo Cleaning Machine and Parts Washer, this machine provides impeccable cleaning. It uses both pressurized water and sand. Unlike standard sand blasting machines, it doesn't erode wear resistant parts like turbochargers and rims because the water distributes the sand evenly. Oily, rusty, and painted parts are cleaned in this machine, returning them to their original condition. Wheel repairers can use it to eliminate manual sanding and remove paint to create a matte finish, while engine rebuilders can use it to degrease before rebuilding.

Alloy Wheel Lathe: As mentioned earlier, this machine is used to achieve a dual tone finish, such as on newer model wheels, to remove surface scratches, or to achieve a shinier finish.
