Piaçava Guassu

Piaçava Guassu Prata is a premium small-batch pot still cachaça from Piaçabuçu, Alagoas, Brazil, distilled from fresh sugarcane juice in traditional copper stills. The process is fully controlled in-house, from fermentation to bottling. Production uses water sourced from the São Francisco River, treated in the distillery’s own water treatment station, ensuring purity and consistency. Unaged, it delivers a clean, fresh sugarcane profile with floral and vegetal notes and a smooth, balanced finish.
