Cooking Instructions:

Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season lamb with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or marinade. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until desired doneness is reached. Let rest before slicing.
Roasting: Preheat oven to 375°F. Season lamb and place in a roasting pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.
Braising: Season lamb and sear in a hot pan until browned. Transfer to a slow cooker or Dutch oven with vegetables and broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or in the oven at 300°F for 3-4 hours until tender.
Stir-Frying: Slice lamb thinly against the grain. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry with vegetables and your favorite sauce for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
