Cooking Instructions:

Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season tenderloin with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, turning occasionally. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Roasting: Preheat oven to 425°F. Season tenderloin and sear in a hot skillet until browned on all sides. Transfer to oven and roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F. Let rest before slicing.
Pan-Seared: Heat a skillet over high heat with a bit of oil. Season tenderloin and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms. Reduce heat to medium and cook to desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
Sous Vide: Vacuum-seal the seasoned tenderloin and cook in a sous vide water bath at 130°F for 1.5-2 hours. Remove from bag and sear in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side to develop a crust.
