According to TCVN 3769:2016
Dry/sticky: Dry
Color defects: Small spots (few stains) are acceptable
Bark chips: Oxidation spots/streaks
Air bubbles: Only small bubbles are acceptable
Resin/rust and minor mold: Small resin flow (rust) and small dry mold on the packaging, surface of the package and inside the rubber sheets are acceptable. If “rust” or “dry mold” appears significantly on more than 10% of the sample package, this will be grounds for rejection
Packaging dirt, other foreign matter: Not acceptable
