Hazardous chemical operations

1. Lead nitrate is an effective activator for scheelite and wolframite flotation to improve the recovery rate. Pb2+ activator adsorbed on the surface of wolframite by electrostatic action and chemical bonding, which effectively inhibited the dissolution of iron and manganese ions on the surface of the ore, increased the surface activity point, enhanced the adsorption of wolframite fine mud by collector, and improved the flotation recovery rate of wolframite fine mud.

2. It is also an effective activator of rutile, orpiment (As283) and stibnite.

3. In hydrometallurgy, it can be used as a prepreg or co-leaching agent in the process of cyanide leaching gold, improve the cyanide leaching rate of gold and silver, reduce the consumption of chemicals and the content of soluble metal ions in the slurry.
