Tear Drop Beam Column Connections are designed to be compatible with other widely used Tear Drop pallet rack systems and can also work side-by-side with slotted and structural pallet rack designs. Heavier support and better impact resistance are the reasons for upgrading to XZY RACK reliability when expanding existing pallet racking systems. XZY RACK offers rack repair kits that can be repaired without removing the rack, saving cost and time.

Our Tear Drop tray rack system provides enhanced rigid auto-locking for added security. XZY RACK's patented Springlock locking mechanism is an integral part of the rack girder and replaces the "pin-pin" locking system. Springlock assemblies provide a positive beam-and-column engagement for faster installation and safety.

The center stiffener is unique to XZY RACK's Tear Drop pallet rack configuration and provides heavier support for added strength and stiffness, as well as a larger column for better impact resistance. The frames are available in any height and depth, and are available in a variety of column configurations, providing great flexibility in the design of the racking system.
