Rubber preforming is a kind of high-precision and high-efficiency rubber embryo making equipment, which can produce high hardness, a variety of special-shaped rubber embryos, and the rubber embryo has high precision, no bubbles, suitable for the production of oil seals, tennis valves, shoe soles, medicine, agricultural granulation and other customers.
Rubber precision preforming is a piston-type machine with a structure. It is mainly composed of extrusion device, hydraulic system, vacuum system, water circulation system, electric heating system, pneumatic system and cutting system and electronic control system.
1. Extrusion device: it is composed of hydraulic cylinder, material barrel, machine head, etc.
2, hydraulic device: the use of high-pressure gear pump. The flow valve is made of YUKEN (oil research) products imported from Japan. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the flow valve, and the differential pressure valve before and after throttling is always controlled at a constant value to ensure accurate control of the weight of the extruded blank.
3. Pneumatic device: used to control the operation of opening and closing the machine head.
4. Vacuum system: Vacuum is extracted before extruding the rubber material, and the air inside the barrel and the head is eliminated and the gases contained in the rubber material are eliminated, thereby improving the quality of the next process of vulcanized products.
5. Heating system: water circulation heating method is adopted, and the temperature is controlled and displayed by the digital thermostat. Ensure that the temperature of the machine head and barrel is constant.
6. Cutting device: it is composed of frame, motor and deceleration system. The cutting motor adopts a frequency conversion governor to achieve stepless speed regulation, and a transmission device is installed in the lower part of the frame.
7. High-definition LCD touch screen and imported PLC are used to achieve fully automatic control operation.
8. Electronic scale feedback system communication control is adopted.
