Mueller is one of the most traditional electrical home appliance manufacturers in the country. Founded in 1949 in the Santa Catarina municipality of Timbo, in the forceful valley of the Itajai River, the company has always excelled in the creation of products that satisfy and meet the most varied needs of the Brazilian family.

Identified with concepts like innovation, design, respect for the environment, durability and quality, the Mueller brand is present in a diverse line of products that includes washing machines, spin dryers, dryers, gas stoves, cooktops and electric ovens. More recently, the company has entered into new markets. From the industrial units were created Thor Condutores Elétricos (Thor Electrical Conductors) and Hércules Motores Elétricos (Hercules Electric Motors), which specialize in electrical cables and electric motors respectively.


The company generates approximately one thousand direct jobs, contributing in a decisive way to the development of the municipality and of the State of Santa Catarina, and it maintains a solid policy of investments in quality and innovation. This has already produced national and international awards for Mueller, such as the IDEA Awards and the Prêmio Design Museu da Casa Brasileira (Brazilian Home Museum Design Award), and has guaranteed ISO 9001 certification for company factory units.
