Refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm oil is a light yellow, semi-solid liquid that is obtained from refining crude palm oil. It is odorless, bland, and has a clear yellow liquid when slightly heated. RBD palm oil is used in the food industry for fryin, such as in snack food and instant noodles. It can also be used in baked goods and snack products as a replacement for partially hydrogenated oils.
