Wheat flour-based, pre-baked dough for pizza preparation after adding toppings. Thin and crispy crust.
Sizes F6, F12, F15, F18, F28, F30, and F35 cm in diameter.
We produce our own brand. Food Service line.
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to approximately 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. The time will depend on the type of filling. Microwave preparation is not advisable.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, 80% vegetable fat* (genetically modified from Agrobacterium sp and/or Agrobacterium tumefaciens and/or Bacillus thurigiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes), sugar, salt, and calcium propionate preservative.
