Preparation method:
Remove the dough from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before assembling the pastels. Deep-fry the pastels in a good amount of very hot oil to achieve a crispy and dry crust.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, animal fat, soybean vegetable oil, refined salt, vinegar, and preservatives potassium sorbate and calcium propionate.
