Square duct automatic production line 5 lines Just enter the size of the air duct, the production line can automatically complete the material uncoiling, leveling, rib pressing (stiffener), measuring the length of the air duct, punching, shearing, pressing the bite, making TDF flange or double-sided angle steel flange, and hydraulic bending. All steps can be completed automatically, and only 1-2 people are required to monitor the operation.

The equipment is designed with a "slotted" layout, with a small footprint and easy installation. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized processing workshops, with the characteristics of high speed and high efficiency, and the daily production air duct area can reach more than 2000 square meters. In addition, the production line has an automatic material saving function, and there is no material waste.
