Description
Turnkey brewery project with bigger volume capacity is more prepared for industry breweries, we focus more on how to make the whole turnkey project finished and make it running for continuous brewing production. The main production output could be starting from 4 brews till 8 brews per day. Standard Setup
Basic configuration:
Malt handling unit: Including malt miller, silo/hopper, conveyor.
Brewhouse: 3 vessel, 4 vessel,5 vessel brewhouse or whole brewhouse.
Cellar: Fermenters, storage tank and BBT/ for fermentation of different kinds of beer/all assembled and isolated/optional with walk platforms or manifold.
Cooling: Chiller connected with glycol tank/ice water tank and plat cooler for wort cooling.
CIP: Fixed CIP station range from 300L to 5000L.
Filtration: Diatomite filtration/Membrane filtation/Plate frame filtation and etc.
Water treatment system: Including RO reverse process, water pipelines.
Yeast propagation: Single, double stage yeast propagation tanks,/Sanitary grade air filtration/steam filtration system etc.
