Unlike other container desiccants based on silica gel and calcium chloride, the polymer used in the blanket is completely non-toxic and has a high absorption capacity, capable of absorbing twenty times its own weight. It never risks breaking or leaking liquids, even when in transit for long periods under the harshest maritime conditions. Composed of two layers of fabric and covering the entire container, the blanket is composed of two layers of fabric: the lower layer allows moisture to be attracted to the polymer, while the hydrophobic upper layer instantly retains all moisture and droplets from the container roof.
