Schick Bin sinkers are manufactured with imported raw materials, meeting the strictest international quality standards. We supply sinkers for ORIZIO, MAYER, PILOTELLI, JUMBERCA, TERROT, VANGUARD, PAI LUNG, MONARCH, and FUKUHARA knitting machines, among others. They are original ORIZIO sinkers. <br> <br>Our modern laboratory has the latest equipment, such as 3D-gauge, digital surface profile gauge, micro hardness tester, digital profile projector, stereomicroscope, digital calipers and micrometers by TESA, GALILEO, MITUTOYO, CARL ZEISS, and MAHR. This is where we carry out production process control, from the arrival of the raw material to the end product, thus ensuring the excellent quality of our products. <br><br>Due to the technological advancements knitting machines have experienced and the development of new fibers, the sinker’s life cycle has been considerably reduced. In order to solve this problem, Schick Bin researched and developed the TLV (Visible Localized Hardening) method. <br><br>This process consists of localized hardening of the points where the sinker wears off the most, thus significantly extending its life cycle without compromising its ring’s cams.
