Our Polypropylene Multifilament Yarns are of high tenacity of 6.5 GPD and plus, the yarn is
suitable for a wide range of applications such as Technical Textiles, Industrial textiles, High
strength ropes, Tapestry, Upholstery, Stitching threads, Geo-nets, Geo-fabrics, Safety Nets
and many other applications.

Colors:
Yarns can be matched in any colors as per customer requirement using high quality Masterbatch with
color fastness appropriate to the end use.

Types of PPMF Yarn:
1) Flat Yarn (Zero Twist)
2) Air Intermingled Yarn (AIM)
3) Twisted Yarn- (50 to 250 TPM)

Lubrication:
Supplied with an anti-static spin finish lubricant to ensure satisfactory downstream processing.

Form of Supply:
Supplied in boxes or pallets.
Package are on paper cores of 300 mm or 150 mm height. Paper core ID 75 mm and OD 87 mm
yarn OD of the package will be 295 MM, with a tailing slit in flat or intermingled yarn, in twisted yarn
the tailing slit can be provide on request.
• Typical pack size up to 9.5 kg and 4.5- 4.2 kg package.
• 4 Packages of 9.5 Kgs = 1 box

• 8 Packages of 4.5 Kgs = 1 box
• Pallets as per customer requirement

Manufacturing Process:
1) Melt extrusion - Spinning
2) Twisted ( If required by customer)
