Description
The magneto-inductive flow sensor SMF320 is designed for the precise measurement of volumetric flow rates of conductive liquids in industrial applications. It enables reliable process monitoring and offers extended functionalities.
Extended functions:
Measured variables: In addition to the current flow rate, the sensor detects total volume, flow direction, and the presence of the medium (empty pipe detection). Furthermore, conductivity and temperature data are transmitted via IO-Link to the control and IT systems.
IO-Link communication: Digital data transmission via IO-Link enables seamless integration into existing automation systems and increases transparency in the production process.
