For paint cladding with a nominal diameter of 0.063 mm and below, the resistance at 20 degrees C should be within the prescribed value of Table 3.
For paint cladding with a conductor nominal diameter of 0.063 mm or more, no resistance value is specified.
After consultation between supply and demand, resistance measurement can be made using paint cladding lines with a nominal diameter of more than 0.063mm and below 1.000mm. In this case, the resistance at 20 degrees C should be within the range specified in Appendix C.

When the nominal diameter of the conductor is more than 0.080 mm and below 1.600 mm, the maximum rebound angle of the paint wrap wire shall not exceed the value specified in Table 5 when testing with a specified load on a specified round rod.
The maximum rebound angle of a paint cladding wire with a nominal conductor diameter of 1.600 mm or more should not exceed 5 degrees.

Round rod winding test (conductor nominal diameter 1.600mm and below)
The paint layer should not crack after stretching the coating line and wrapping it around a suitable round rod as provided for in Table 6.

Coating layers known as 1.600 mm in diameter and below should not crack. The diameter of the rod should meet the requirements of Table 7. The minimum thermal stamping temperature is specified in the relevant product standards.
The coating layer should not crack after the nominal diameter of the conductor is 1.600 mm and the elongation is 25%. The minimum thermal stamping temperature can be found in the relevant product standards.

Solvent-resistant standard solvents are tested with a pencil with a hardness of "H" and paint should not be scratched.

When testing at room temperature and high temperature (according to user requirements), the paint cladding should meet the requirements of 13.1, 13.2 and 13.3, respectively. The temperature of the high temperature test can be found in the relevant product standards.
Of the five samples with a nominal conductor diameter of 0.100 mm and below, at least four will not break through when the voltage is less than or equal to the voltage specified in Table 8.
