HuiZhou StarColor Water Based Ink

This product is a highly weather-resistant water-like stone coating, on the basis of natural colored sand and acrylic emulsion, anti-ultraviolet additives and hydrophobic self-cleaning factors are added. After spraying, the wall surface presents a delicate and uniform texture of small stone accumulation, and at the same time has super anti-aging, anti-fouling and self-cleaning characteristics, especially suitable for building facades in areas with strong direct sunlight, acid rain or dusty areas.

UV resistant and does not fade
Using high weather-resistant emulsion and ceramic-grade colored sand, it has been tested for 1500 hours by QUV aging for >1500 hours, and the color retention has reached the national first-class standard, with no obvious color difference for 3-5 years.

Rainwater self-cleaning effect
The surface hydrophobic angle ≥ 110°, which takes away dust, bird droppings, and industrial fallout when the rain washes away, reducing manual cleaning costs and keeping the wall clean all year round.

High temperature resistance and panthenic alkali resistance
It can withstand the temperature difference of -20°C to 80°C, and will not soften or whiten in summer exposure; Add an anti-alkali primer to effectively prevent the alkali bloom of cement.

Breathable and mildew-proof
Water-based microporous structure, wall moisture can be discharged naturally to avoid paint film bubbling; Mold inhibitors are added to inhibit the growth of black mold commonly found in humid regions of Brazil.

Lightweight and safe
The dosage per square meter is about 3–4.5kg, which reduces the load of the wall by more than 80% compared with dry-hung stone, and is suitable for high-rise exterior wall renovation projects.
