1. Overview In the power system, railway system and large petrochemical plants and mines, enterprises have a large number of electrical equipment, most of which are oil-filled insulation type. The dielectric strength of insulating oil is a routine test that must be tested. In order to meet the needs of the market, our company has independently developed and produced a series of insulating oil dielectric strength testers based on the national standard GB/T507-2002, the industry standard DL429.9-91 and the new power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. This instrument is based on a single-chip microcomputer, which realizes test automation and high measurement accuracy, greatly improves work efficiency, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of staff. At the same time, this instrument has a small appearance and is easy to carry. 2. Main functions and features 1. This instrument uses a microprocessor to automatically complete operations such as boosting, holding, stirring, static placement, calculation, and printing, and can perform oil circulation withstand voltage tests within the range of 0 to 80KV. 2. Large-screen color LCD display, touch-sensitive, Chinese and English interchangeable menu prompts; beautiful appearance and compact size. 3. The instrument is easy to operate. The operator only needs to make simple settings, and the instrument will automatically complete the withstand voltage test of 1 cup of oil sample according to the settings. The breakdown voltage values and the number of cycles from 1 to 10 times will be automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage values and average values of each time. 4. The instrument test execution standards include industry standards, national standards and foreign standards, and the operation is simple and convenient. 5. Power-off retention, can store 100 experimental results. 6. The single-chip microcomputer control is used for uniform speed boosting, and the voltage frequency is accurate to 50HZ, making the whole process easy to control. 7.
