FOUNDRY<br />
HEADQUARTER - It has a unit of fusion by inducting with two crucibles of a ton each. It also has cold-box molding and core making processes for mechanized Cold Box and Shell, with capacity to fuse 350 ton / month. This system provides high performance and excellent metallurgical finishing.<br />

BRANCH - It works with green sand process and comprises three units of induction melting, with six crucibles two tons each. Works with automatic molding Disamatic, heavy semi automatic molding and core making processes for Cold Box, Shell and CO ², plus heat treatment furnace, with melting capacity over 900 ton / month.<br />

MACHINING<br />
Hydro Jet has horizontal machining centers and vertical transfer machines, CNC's lathes, drills, Tapping, cutters, presses and other equipment that provide universal flexibility and high productivity through the methodology "Lean Manufacturing".<br />

FIRE GALVANIZING<br />
Automated process that uses two electric ovens and produces up to 1,000 tons / month. Applied to iron and steel, galvanizing is critical for segments eletroferragem, automotive, fasteners and metal structures, providing the final product quality assurance for over 20 years, even more exposed to adverse weather conditions.
