Premium profile double layer is the newest evolution of hydroponic profile developed by Hidrogood.
Premium profile double layer is produced by a technique called coextrusion, i.e. is manufactured by an inner layer of polypropylene in graphite color in order to prevent the entry of light and therefore the decrease of algae and biofilm. And with an outer layer also in white polypropylene. This outer layer will ensure durability and abrasion resistance.
In addition this layer has additive developed in partnership with companies that specialize in additives for intemperes in the agricultural market. The first one provides a white glow far more intense, increasing the reflection of light, raising the level of plant photosynthesis and, consequently, the effectiveness in the reduction of temperature inside the profile. Thus expands the prevention against possible diseases linked to lack of oxygenation in the hydroponic solution.
Other additives, light stabilizers and UV absorbers, were included and allow the white layer a greater resistance to UV radiation, which is the radiation that wears plastic, assigning the product durability.
This new profile can be made in any of the templates Hidrogood profiles, either without or with amendment.
