2. V-shaped feed trough and 275g/m² galvanized feed tower reduce waste and deliver precise, clog-free feeding with smart weighing options.
3. CORTI brand nipple drinkers with stainless steel valves ensure accurate water flow, automatic medication, and reliable daily water monitoring.
4. Automatic egg collection system features high-strength PP egg belts (5–7kg tension) and central egg conveyors handling up to 65,000 eggs/hour for safe, efficient egg collection.
5. The manure removal system uses PP belts and high-torque motors; dual-stage scraping ensures cleanliness while minimizing belt wear and operational downtime.
6. The smart climate control system integrates ventilation fans, cooling pads, direction guiding panels, and air inlets to maintain optimal temperature and humidity all year round.
7. Flicker-free IP67 LED lighting with 0–10V dimming mimics sunrise/sunset, reducing poultry stress and improving egg production.
