Important Tips:

Regular maintenance is critical, including checking oil levels and quality every 500 hours using specified lubricants, cleaning the breather valve monthly to ensure proper ventilation, and inspecting and replacing aged seals quarterly. For professional maintenance, gear meshing conditions must be inspected every 2,000 hours, and annual vibration spectrum analysis must be conducted to predict bearing condition, with only original manufacturer parts permitted. For special operating conditions, the base must be reinforced before typhoon season, low-temperature lubricant rated for -30°C must be used in winter, and seals must be inspected immediately after water-related operations.
