The submersible slurry pump is a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump with a semi-open impeller and agitator blades extending from the suction side. It is primarily used in industries such as environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gasification and coking plants, refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food processing plants, and printing and dyeing to pump concentrated liquids, thick oils, oil residues, turbid liquids, mud, mortar, quicksand, and flowing sludge from urban drainage ditches, as well as fluids containing mud, sand, and corrosive liquids. This single-stage, single-suction cantilever pump features a bearing block, support block, and connecting pipes to the hydraulic components. Liquid is discharged through the discharge pipe. The semi-open impeller features agitator blades extending from the impeller inlet. Key features of this pump include sufficient shaft rigidity in the submerged portion, the absence of bearings between the impeller and pump casing, and the lack of a shaft seal. It can pump media containing high concentrations of fixed particles. The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800-2000, and it can be equipped with a suction pipe if necessary. The shaft seal adopts a larger pump inserted into the liquid for operation, without a shaft seal. The transmission is driven by a vertical electric motor installed on the motor support and support seat, and connected to the pump with a coupling. The YZ type submersible slurry pump, sp type submersible slurry pump, and ZJL type submersible slurry pump are vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structures. The impeller is a semi-open impeller with stirring blades at the extension of the impeller suction side.
