Description
Chayote (Latin name Sechium edule), also known as Qianjin melon, falcon melon, Ann pumpkin, longevity melon, nest melon, watermelon, hand melon, holding melon, rabbit melon, shed melon, tiger melon, sunflower melon, etc., is Cucurbitaceae chayote, native to Mexico, Central America and the West Indies.
Chayote is crisp and rich in nutrients.
