Acid fixing agent RX-2512
RX-2512 is an acid fixing agent, which is suitable for color fixing process after printing and dyeing with acid dyes or fluorescent dyes on nylon, wool, silk and other fabrics. It can effectively improve the color fastness. It is an ECO product, does not contain any bisphenol substances or phenol.

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES

Solubility : Easily soluble in water

DOSAGE FOR REFERENCE
1.Fixing process for dyed fabric:
Light to medium color:
RX-2512: 3.0-6.0% (o.w.f)
2.Medium to deep color:
RX-2512: 6.0-9.0% (o.w.f)
98 % HAc 0.5-1.0 g/L
Adjust pH of work liquor to about 4.0-4.5
Ratio 1:8-10, 60-80℃×20-30min, washing, spin dry and heat dry.
The exact dosage and process should be adjusted according to customer test.

REMARKS
1.Please do not use with cationic substance in one bath.
2.Please do not expose it in the air for a long time. Seal it in time after use.
3.Please use before the best expiration date indicated on the label.
4.After the best expiration date, it does not mean that the product is no longer suitable. Performance testing should be conducted before use to ensure its suitability.
