Special requirements for automotive batteries: It is recommended to extend to -40°C~+85°C (covering extremely cold/high temperature conditions)
Temperature change rate: ≥1°C/min (required for fast temperature change test)
Humidity control (refer to GB2423.3-2016 damp heat test)
Humidity range: 20%RH~98%RH
Accuracy control: ±3%RH (steady-state stage)
Condensation protection: Equipped with anti-condensation system (to avoid short circuit of the battery)
Vibration parameters (refer to GB2423.10-2019 vibration test)
Frequency range: 5Hz~2000Hz (covering road spectrum characteristics)
Acceleration range: 0~30g (higher range required for commercial vehicles)
Vibration axis: 3-axis 6 degrees of freedom (simulating real working conditions)
