Egg breaking machine, separates the white from the yolk and discards the shell in a separate environment.
The smallest machine model breaks 14 400 eggs per hour, the same as 720 kg net or 40 cartons. The larger model can break around 40,000 eggs per hour, equivalent to 2100 kg net or 120 boxes.
The machine has an unprecedented break system and is the only one with a recognized patent in Latin America.
Ideal for food companies that use eggs in large quantities. Liquid, pasteurized eggs add quality to the product and reduce labor.
