Description
DON CELESTINO dulce de leche has the particularity of being made with milk from a single herd of 120 cows, obtained by a cross between Holstein and Swedish red and white, this allows to achieve a high quality raw material (fat + protein + lactose), resulting in a dulce de leche with a creamy dairy flavor very pleasant to the palate, At the same time, the milk is specially selected during milking since we have the process technology to achieve this. On the other hand, the choice of the crossing of the chosen dairy breeds arises from the support of scientific work carried out by a member of the DON CELESTINO work team who is a Researcher of the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research of Argentina (CONICET).
