Finca SOPHENIA, one of the most prestigious wineries in Argentina. Since 2004 we have been exporting to more than 25 markets around the world. All our wines are Estate, Grown, Produced and Bottled (all our production is typical of our vineyards and bottled in our winery). We are well known by the international press, including Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Spirits and other Finca SOPHENIA President Dr. Roberto Luka is the inspiring and leading shareholder, with a recognized track record in the wine industry. To achieve his goal, Roberto chose Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, one of the most prestigious regions producing high quality wines. The result was numerous awards and recognitions from leading wine journalists from Europe, America and Asia. The vineyards are located in Tupungato, Mendoza, recognized as one of the best wine regions in Argentina. Elevated to 1200 meters above sea level is a perfect environment for the production of quality grapes. The winery is modern with the latest technology imported from France and Italy and features distinctive architecture. The production capacity is around 1,000,000 bottles with grapes from their own vineyards and bottled in our winery. They are about 130 hectares planted of the main grape varieties.
