Description
Equipment for the production of flexible polymer field pipes TCP/RTP reinforced with UD tape (thermoplastic tape reinforced with glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fibers, basalt fibers), used in the oil and gas and hydrogen industries. For manufacturing the following types of pipes):
- Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP) - 4.0-137.9 MPa (580 – 20000 psi);
- Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) - 4.0-16.0 MPa (580 – 2300 psi);
- Thermoplastic Composite Pipe with non-metallic gas barrier (TCP-DGB) - 4.0-69.0 MPa (580 – 10000 psi).
The diameter of the produced pipes is 2–10 inches
