Description
Bolivian Green Coffee from Altitude
Origin: Yungas and highlands of Bolivia
Altitude: 1,200 – 1,800 meters above sea level
Discover the excellence of Bolivian high-altitude green coffee, grown on the fertile slopes of the Andes, where the mild climate, regular rainfall, and ideal altitude combine to produce beans of exceptional quality. Our coffee, mostly of traditional Arabica varieties such as Typica and Caturra, is grown in an artisanal way under shade, respecting sustainable methods that protect local biodiversity.
Characterized by its balanced cup profile, it offers sweet notes of cocoa, citrus fruits and a vibrant acidity with a medium body, qualities highly appreciated by specialized roasters. Thanks to their slow maturation process at high altitude, the beans develop a unique complexity and clean structure, perfect for specialty coffees.
Availability: Raw grain, prepared for export, in different screening sizes and controlled humidity levels.
Certifications: (Optional: organic, fair trade, etc., if applicable).
Ideal for roasters looking for distinctive origins and high-quality microlots that conquer discerning palates.
