Origin: Brazil Minimum quantities: 25,000 metric tons. Procedural steps: 1. Buyer submits the ICPO, CIS, and KYC 2. Seller submits the FCO 3. Buyer returns the signed FCO 4. Seller issues the draft SPA and the buyer approves it with any modifications. The SPA is signed by the seller and the buyer. 5. The buyer's bank sends the MT799 or MT199 pre-notice to the seller's bank, which signs and seals the seller's approval and returns it to the buyer by email for confirmation using the MT760. The buyer's bank sends the SWIFT MT760 to the seller's bank (please strictly follow the instructions attached to the SPA). 6. After receiving the confirmation email from the seller, the buyer's bank will send the SWIFT MT760 to the seller's bank within 5 business days. 7. After receiving and confirming the SWIFT MT760 from the seller's bank, the buyer's bank will send a hard copy of the SBLC to the seller's bank within 7 business days. 8. The seller will pay 2% of the PB to the buyer within 7 business days from the date the seller's bank receives the hard copy of the MT760. Payment steps: 1. The buyer must issue the draft MT760 to the seller for verification of details with the seller's bank within 5 days of receiving the original signed contract. 2. The buyer must issue the SBLC MT760 and the seller's bank must accept the draft. 3. The seller must initiate the shipping process within 20 days of the seller's bank receiving the printed copy of the SBLC. 4. Based on the documents stipulated in the contract and the qualified inspection report issued by CCIS/SGS at the port of loading, the seller collects the value of each shipment. 5. The buyer will make payment for each shipment at the port of discharge using TT or MT 103 shipping documents. 6. The seller begins collecting the next shipment.
