2% PB against DLC to activate DLC

Payment Terms *NON NEGOTIABE*: Letter of Credit (LC) Confirmed Irrevocable, *Non-Transferable*, DLC via MT 700 to the Seller’s bank account. The buyer’s bank makes payment to the Seller’s bank account via MT 103/TT at Loading port for each shipment. DLC must be arranged from *Top 25 Banks*. DLC for contract term should be one month shipment value, divisible, valid for one year and one day.
*PROCEDURE:*

1. Seller sends a SCO with all offer to Buyer
2. If buyer accept the SCO, Seller and Intermediary sign a NCNDA and
Commission Agreement.
3. Buyer send ICPO and BCL and Passport ID.
4. Seller sign and stamp ICPO with accordance of the conditions
4. Seller sends FCO to buyer sign and stamp it.
5. Seller sends the SPA draft to buyer
6. After negotiations, Buyer and Seller accept the trade conditions.
7. Buyer and Seller sign and stamp the SPA, exchange copy by electronic email.
