The system adopts PLC as the core control unit, which has good working stability and strong anti-jamming resistance. The temperature and humidity transmitter used in this system is a digital transmission, the transmission distance is far away, is not disturbed by the process, the control accuracy is high.
Constant temperature and humidity control process

The main control flow of the PLC is shown in Figure 5, and there are five control states.

One is to monitor a state in which the system reads only the temperature and humidity of the environment and does not do any control.

The second is manual control of the state, when the user needs to force the compressor to work or force humidification can be used in this way, through the touch screen directly start compressor 1, compressor 2 and water valve.

The third is automatic humidification control, when starting this control mode, the system will be based on the set humidity limit and humidity lower limit and real-time measurement of the ambient humidity, according to The control process shown in Figure 6.

The fourth is the automatic cooling control, when starting this control mode, the system will be based on the set temperature limit and temperature lower limit and real-time measurement of the ambient temperature, while monitoring whether the outdoor temperature is less than 14 degrees, according to The control process shown in Figure 6.

The fifth mode of operation is the cycle mode of operation, is the combination of the third and fourth mode of operation, first judge the temperature to adjust and then judge the humidity to adjust.
