How it works
Ultrasonic metal welding is the use of tens of thousands of times per second high-frequency vibration waves transmitted to the surface of two metal workpieces to be welded, and then apply a certain pressure, so that the metal surfaces rub against each other to form a fusion between the molecular layers, to achieve the purpose of welding, its advantages are fast, energy-saving, high fusion strength, good conductivity, no spark, close to cold processing; the disadvantage is that the welded metal parts can not be too thick (generally less than or equal to 5mm), the welding point can not be too large, the need for pressure.
