Chicken rotisserie with 6 skewers (capacity for 30 chickens of 1,5kg aprox.). Constructed in stainless steel inside and outside, with infrared burners which intensifies the heat and speed up the food preparation.

The rotating skewer system ensures that the chicken is cooked evenly without the need to turn it manually. The waste collection pan at the bottom collects the fat from the cooking process so that it can be discarded at the most appropriate time.
