Please note:

Shipping documents: SGS (quality and quantity), BOL, Product origin certified, Product quality certified, Insurance 110% cargo value at buyer's name, all included in the price.
2% PB issued by the seller.
50% of the commission is open for the buyer side, starting from you. The seller is the Paymaster.
Price mark up accepted and split accordingly.
Zoom call with the supplier available after ICPO.
Insurance 110% cargo value included in price.



SELLER'S STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE

1. Buyer sends LOI including the reference price, place of delivery, and the acceptance of the SOP.
2. Formal confirmation of price sent to the Buyer or Buyer Representative
3. Buyer sends ICPO
4. Seller sends FCO to sign (Zoom call available at this stage)
5. Buyer signs, stamp/seal FCO and return FCO back to the seller with POF (MT799)
6. Seller sends Proforma Invoice & Contract.
7. The Buyer signs it, seals it and returns it to the Seller.
8. The seller signs it, seals and sends a copy to the Buyer.
9. Within 2 (Two) banking days, the Buyer sends draft SBLC/DLC for the Seller’s bank approval.
10. Buyer issues DLC /SBLC for the total monthly shipment value to the Seller’s Bank account.
11. Seller issues 2% PB (No PB for trial orders).
12. Seller ship the goods.
13. Buyer payment CIF at sight at loading port by DLC or SBLC with MT103 against shipping documents.
