Cimento Pozosul

Founded by Mr. Aryovaldo Búrigo, the company Pozolana Indústria e Comércio Ltda had as its objective the commercialization of fly ash originating from the burning of coal from the Jorge Lacerda Thermoelectric Complex. Studies on this product led Mr. Aryovaldo Búrigo to research a cement that was produced abroad. This cement was called Portland Pozzolanic, which had in its composition the same ash that Pozolana already sold.
