Description
The fuel injector is actually a simple solenoid valve, when the solenoid coil is energized, the suction is generated, the needle valve is sucked up, the nozzle hole is opened, and the fuel is sprayed out at high speed through the annular gap between the shaft needle and the nozzle hole at the head of the needle valve, forming a mist, which is conducive to full combustion. In the past, the fuel injector used in diesel engines was mechanically controlled, and the mechanical diesel nozzle was realized by controlling the precision parts (needle valve, needle valve body). The coupling of the nozzle is one of the three precision coupling parts of the traditional diesel engine, and the three precision coupling parts: plunger, plunger sleeve, needle valve, needle valve body, oil outlet valve, and oil outlet valve seat. The nozzle of the gasoline engine is a part of the electric control system of the gasoline engine, which replaces the carburetor of the carburetor type gasoline engine. The main nozzles used in automobiles are: diesel nozzles, gasoline nozzles, natural gas nozzles, etc.
