Machine tool features
● The machine tool structure is designed by computer tensile, compressive and reactive force analysis to maintain the machine tool accuracy for a long time
● The machine tool structure is reasonable, does not deform, has good rigidity, and ensures processing accuracy
● Z-axis precision "pre-tightened" double nut Taiwan-made ball screw. The slide rail features a V-shaped and flat design, ensuring smooth and precise sliding even under heavy pressure.
● The Z-axis uses a DC servo motor.
● Triple safety detection includes infrared fire detection, liquid level control, and automatic fire extinguishing equipment.
● It uses either a Taiwan WALRUS oil pump or an Italian PEDROLLO oil pump.
● Feedback from a 5µm or 1µm precision grating ruler enables closed-loop control.
● It allows for flexible slag removal methods such as flushing or pumping, and also offers the option of non-oil immersion machining.
● Suitable for machining copper, graphite, and steel, including cavities, holes, and specially shaped parts. The lubrication system employs a recycling method, completing the slide rail lubrication process in one operation and maintaining a clean appearance.
