HISTORY OF CAPARROZ The trajectory of overcoming this couple, which is on the list of successful entrepreneurs in the country, began in 1990. Odair Caparroz Melhado and Andrea Caparroz Melhado, both born in the city of São Paulo – SP. To make the couple's dream come true, Odair and Andrea combined work, focus and willpower. Odair worked as a metallurgist, and dreamed of a better future for his family, Andrea had the same dream and at home taking care of the couple's first daughter, he made sweets and snacks to sell. Far beyond the difficulties imposed by life, they were people with attitude! With the experience and direct contact with the food industry, from sales to management, Odair and Andrea decided to open their own business. And, with courage and perseverance they went in search of the dream, the entrepreneurs invested their savings to create Caparroz. With the purchase of a single machine (Calender), they manufactured the first product, a grain shell. It is not easy to start a business, initially, this manufacture was carried out in two of the rooms of the couple's residence.
