SUGAR
ICUMSA 45 sugar is the highest quality sugar available on the market today. It is a highly refined white sugar suitable for human consumption and for use in a wide range of food applications. It is perpetually in high demand as it is the safest form of sugar due to the fact that the refining process by which it is created removes the bacteria and contaminants often present in raw sugars.
ICUMSA 150 white cane sugar is also called white crystal sugar, formed by the crystallization process, without chemical refining. It is widely used because it contains less chemical substance. It is more readily available and is a lower cost replacement for traditional ICUMSA 45 white refined sugar. ICUMSA 150 white sugar is often used in large-scale bakery, beverage manufacturing and other food products production.
ICUMSA 600-1200 is 100% raw refined sugar, produced after the first crystallization of sugarcane. Raw sugar is rougher than white sugar and its color is brownish. Raw cane brown sugar, when fully refined, yields about 70% white sugar. There are more molasses found in natural brown sugar, which gives it a higher gratified mineral.
SOY
The best known, cultivated and commercially used is transgenic soy (Genetically Modified Organisms - GMOs). Generic term used to refer to soybeans that contain one or more genes transferred through biotechnology techniques.
The characteristics of this soybean vary, according to the gene that was introduced, and it may be resistant to the herbicide, to insects, and or with a high content of oleic acid.
